Toronto, I think is perfectly poised to finish with a flourish!  Of final 9 regular season games to be played, 8 of which are under .500 teams.  Making for a good chance that they can go all the way.  Tonight 7:00 pm eastern time the raptors take on charolette who are 19/17 at home!
